Australian Consumer Law (ACL) & Your Rights
When you purchase bespoke or made-to-order furniture from Alepor within Australia, you receive the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees apply regardless of any express warranty we offer and include acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and correspondence with description.
- We will not exclude or limit your ACL rights.
- If a major failure occurs, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation for drop-in costs.
- Minor failures may be repaired within a reasonable time.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, our standard policy differs from off-the-shelf goods. Below is a summary of our approach tailored for Australian consumers:

Intellectual Property & Use of Designs
All designs, drawings, photos and CAD files produced by Alepor remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may request licensed rights for specific uses; such agreements will be documented.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of our designs is prohibited.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. Please use the form below to lodge a complaint or request a remedy. If we cannot resolve an issue, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) or seek guidance from the ACCC for consumer guarantee matters.

To the extent permitted by law, Alepor's liability for loss or damage arising from the supply of goods or services is limited to remedies required under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
For statutory consumer guarantees and external dispute resolution, customers may contact the ACCC or relevant state consumer protection agency.
Record Keeping & Data Retention (AUS)
We retain transaction records, communications and warranty claims for a period necessary to meet legal and warranty obligations, generally *** less than 7 years for business records. Personal data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
